Unsworth Anthony, Vice President Aftermarket Service and Fleet APIC visited APIC PDC，SHFL & HYM plant in mid-March. At SHFL, PDC team heads introduced to Tony their organizational structure, business scope, future development planning etc. After that, Tony came to PDC warehouse observing the operation process of PDC and Michael Jiang, PDC Manager, gave an on-site introduction to PDC business. Then, Tony came to HYM plant & Hangzhou Office, focusing on how to improve the cross-department cooperation, in particular to accelerating the process of parts preparation and parts number release. Upon this visit, Tony approached PDC's business and management in China in person, and also inspired the confidence and motivation of PDC teams.
