Rajiv Prasad, along with group leaders, visited Fuyang Plant on April 23rd-28th, which was the first time for group management to come over after the opening of the epidemic in China. This visit indicates that China factory plays an important role in the group development strategy.

Having communicated with the management team of HYM, Rajiv and group leaders went to visit the workshops of the plant. Patrick Thang, Manufacturing VP HYM, gave a detailed introduction on the improvement of manufacturing technology and production capacity in these years at the support of the group, while also the challenges they are facing.
Afterwards, Rajiv discussed with EMDC team on the product development, project implementation and gave his advice.
On April 25th, the 2nd session of the " Front-line Team Leader Capability Improvement Program" was being held and the group leaders joined the class with big interest. They were warmly welcomed by the trainees.
Then at the Staff Meeting, Rajiv and Steve shared the mission and vision
of the company and answered the questions from China employees.
Undoubtedly, the development of enterprises depends on the strong support of the local government and financial institution. The last but not the least of this trip, Rajiv and group leaders met with Fuyang District governor with the best wishes for a long-turn development & bright future in China.
