Ø FEB. 5# workshop is finished and put into use.
This workshop is
especially for Port Machinery assembling. With the sales growing of Maximal
port machinery, such as the 45ton reach stacker, 9ton empty container handler
etc, we specially build 5# workshop for the assembling use, which will largely
improve the production capacity, the orders’ production and delivery lime will
be strongly guaranteed in future.
Ø JUN. 2 units of welding Robots are finished the installation
and debugging, put into use.
The welding robots can
work 24 hours per day, greatly improved the production efficiency, shorten the
delivery time, at the same time improve the safety during the production. For
the products, the robots can significantly improve the machining accuracy,
effectively reduce the error caused due to human factors, highly guarantee the
quality of “Maximal” brand products.
Ø JUN. New counterweight storage shelves are ready in the workshop.
Compared with previous counterweight
overflow due to large production capacity, the storage shelves put into use
greatly improved this problem, so as to protect the quality of the raw material,
enlarge the storage capacity.
